Luis E. Tomassini Segarra is an accomplished trial lawyer with over ten years of experience. He graduated of the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law and worked for the Puerto Rico Legal Aid Society. Mr. Tomassini holds a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus.

He was an IDEA Administrative Law Judge where he presided and resolved over five hundred complaints of Special Education. As a private-attorney, he continued been a trial lawyer and has been a legal adviser to professional colleges, mayors, municipalities, government agencies and state representatives.  He also has taught in the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (2006) and the United States Supreme Court (2016).
